Branded Maize flour
We have Kuchi Jogoo branded consumer maize/corn flour in different forms made from maize/corn produced directly from our own farms in Kondoa, Rukwa and Ruvuma and direct from careful selected small farmers who have attained our level of Quality.
Supper White sifted maize flour, germ and bran are carefully removed from cleaned corn/maize and then using advanced roller mills grinding and bolting the endosperm to produce the required level of granulation. Used to make Ugali/Nsima or porridge
Raw sifted maize flour, corn/maize carefully cleaned in water to remove dust, dark corn tips are removed by the polisher. The endosperm with bran and germ is roller milled to produce the required level of granulation. Used to make Ugali/Nsima or porridge, rich in protein and fiber

We produce clean, high quality kennel from our own farms and small farmers who collaborate with us.
Kuchi Jogoo’s whole kernel maize is a wholesome ingredient, rich in flavor and fiber. We use state-of-the-art optical sorting technology to grade them according to different needs.
Grits are made by removing the germ, bran, and soft endosperm from cleaned corn and grinding the remaining hard endosperm to the desired granulation.
The “gritty” texture makes corn grits an ideal ingredient for brewing adjuncts, cereals (including corn flakes), corn muffins, snack foods, and tamales. Corn grits can also be boiled mixed with beans to create a hot breakfast
